Fresh gourmet mushrooms cultivated right here in the Tillamook Valley — from spore to supper in days, not weeks.
Moonlight Mushrooms started with a simple question: why should Tillamook be famous only for dairy? Our founder grew up surrounded by the dense Pacific Northwest forests and knew that the same cool, damp conditions that make this valley so green are perfect for growing exceptional mushrooms.
Today, we cultivate a rotating selection of gourmet and specialty mushrooms in climate-controlled rooms right here in Tillamook. Every batch is grown with care, harvested at peak freshness, and offered the same day — because mushrooms this good shouldn't spend a week on a truck.
From everyday favorites to rare finds, each variety is grown fresh in Tillamook and available in-season. Reach out to us for current availability and special orders.
